Care instructions

Before using the pan for the first time, it must be seasoned. To do this, generously add oil to the pan and cover the bottom with raw potato slices. Fry on both sides and then discard the slices. Dry the still-hot pan with paper towels and lightly grease it.

Cast iron pans should never be put in the dishwasher. It's best to clean them immediately after use with clean water and a steel wool pad, but without dish soap. A well-seasoned pan can be easily wiped clean.

If rust forms, simply repeat the seasoning process. Maintain your pan regularly to keep it in perfect condition.
