You have the right to return the goods to us unused within fourteen days without giving any reason. Please use the cancellation form or contact us by email or telephone . The email should include the order confirmation number and your bank details so that we can refund the amount paid.

Please bear the return shipping costs yourself. Once the goods have arrived back with us undamaged and without signs of use, we will refund the amount paid within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order.

Goods that have already been used (e.g., a grill plate that has already been used, barbecue sauce that has already been opened, etc.) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This does not apply if the customer can prove that the goods were already damaged or defective upon receipt. Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.
