Can I return a product?
Of course, you have the right to return the unused goods to us within fourteen days without giving any reason. Please use the cancellation form or contact us by email or telephone . The email should include the order confirmation number and your bank details so that we can refund the amount paid.

We focus on durability in the production of our products, therefore there is no additional warranty. The statutory warranty applies.

What materials are the products made of?
We use a wide variety of materials and place great importance on handling them ethically. From black steel and fireclay to Hartberg granite – we only use high-quality materials.

Is it possible to view the items before purchasing them?
Selected items can be viewed in our warehouse at certain times. However, prior appointment is absolutely necessary.

Are the items also shipped to Switzerland?
Yes, of course! Items shipped via parcel service can be ordered without restrictions. For shipments via freight carrier, you will receive a new invoice with the shipping costs after placing your order.

Shop without risk

Please bear the return shipping costs yourself. Once the goods have arrived back with us undamaged and without signs of use, we will refund the amount paid within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order.

Exceptions

Goods that have already been used (e.g., a grill plate that has already been used, barbecue sauce that has already been opened, etc.) are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This does not apply if the customer can prove that the goods were already damaged or defective upon receipt. Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned.

We ship directly from Vorarlberg. Some products are in stock, while others are made to order and shipped within 5-10 business days of receiving payment. If you need your order sooner, please send us an email .

Each outdoor kitchen is unique, therefore we cannot provide specific information on shipping and delivery times.

Self-collection

It is also possible to pick up the goods from our locations in Egg, Ofenbau Voppichler (Stadlermöser 1086, 6863 Egg, Austria) or in Hörbranz, Diem-Werke (Seestraße 16, 6912 Hörbranz, Austria) . In this case, there are no shipping costs. However, cash payment is not possible. Please select one of the available payment methods and "Self-Pickup" at checkout.
